Design & Architecture:
Two equilateral triangles containing an office tower and 400 bedroom hotel tower - joined by a central podium containing a selection of shops and restaurants, with covered car parking for up to 1,800 cars. Soaring high above Dubai’s central business district, The Emirates Towers is a remarkable tribute to the region’s corporate success - a striking vision of commercial excellence based on attention to detail, self-confidence, maximum efficiency and bold strides. Rising 350 metres high, the Emirates Towers Office building is the tallest building in the Middle East and Europe and 10th tallest in the world, while the 400-bedroom hotel - The Emirates Towers Hotel - is the third tallest hotel in the world at 305 metres. The 51-storey towers are connected by the Emirates Towers Boulevard, where spacious walkways and sky-lit courtyards house a range of elegant boutiques and shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The interior design of the Emirates Towers Hotel perfectly reflects the buildings striking modern exterior. Full use has been made of the towering interiors and the abundance of natural light which floods through the floor to ceiling windows. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a bright spacious Lobby Lounge and main reception area that incorporates a 30 metre high atrium housing the hotel congress rooms and offices. The hotel’s second atrium - the upper atrium, which houses guests rooms and suites, soars upwards for 111 metres. Four glass-fronted panoramic elevators travel from the hotel lobby through the atrium, providing guests with an unforgettable glimpse over Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road and the coastline. In the main lobby and reception area, black granite and cream marble flooring, Anigree wood panelling, chrome finishes and clean, simple designs combine to create a distinctly modern and elegant environment.
