Holiday Island is located on the tip of South Ari-Atoll, just 97km from Male International Airport, approximately 35 minutes by air or two and half hours ride by fast boat. The length of the island is approximately 700m, while its width is approximately 100m.

All 142 deluxe rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning, private bath with hot and cold water supply, bathtub, bidet, hair dryer, ceiling fan, telephones in the room and bath room, mini bar, and colour television with cable network plus round the clock news via satellite. For your kind information, the hotel has 220V-240V A/C 50Hz in all sockets inside your room. We advise you not to drink water inside your bathroom and taps, since it is desalinated water. Remember that any breakage or damages to items provided in your room will be charged to your bill.

Room Cleaning

Every occupied room is prepared twice daily in order to meet hygienic demands. Should the customer require more cleaning, it could be arranged through the rooms division. The linen and towels in the room are changed once in every three days unless otherwise it is required to do so. It is not allowed to remove any items from the room, especially linen, mattress and cushions, as to prevent damages. It is strictly prohibited to remove any linen, cushions and furniture from rooms for any reason. If you are found doing so, you will be fined.

The hotel provides Laundry service to its customers on chargeable basis. Marked laundry bags are placed inside the room, so that the customer could use them should there is any clothes to be washed or ironed. Please remember to fill the laundry form and send it to the laundry along with clothes every time you require the service.

Front Desk

Opens for 24 hours. Wakes up calls are registered on request. If you have any questions or concerns for more information regarding the hotel and its facilities, please feel free to contact the front desk. Letters plus post cards may be posted in the lobby mailbox. Photocopying, typing and other secretarial services can be arranged through the reception.

Doctors Clinic

You may visit the Doctor in the opening hours for consultation, should you need to see the Doctor urgently, please contact the reception by dialing Extension 1 from your room.

Gymnasium

This is the perfect place to keep fit with a magnificent array of equipment for exercises and work outs, including

Sauna and Steam Bath which will help your tense muscles after a long day, and it is free of charge.The experienced physical fitness master will be in the Gymnasium during the opening hours.

Live music/Weekly Entertainment

A live band, a DJ, Maldivian cultural show, (Boduberu) and Table are some of the entertainment available in the main bar for our guests.

Main Restaurant  features Western and Oriental Cuisine, buffet style, during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served between 0730-0930hrs, lunch between 1230-1400hrs and dinner is served between 1930- 2100hrs. You are advised to wear a casual dress when attending the restaurant. Please refrain removing food from the restaurant without the permission of your waiter or the supervisor. It is understood that Full board customers are welcomed for three meals in the main restaurant while half board customers can only have breakfast and dinner. Bed and breakfast customers can only have breakfast in the main restaurant. For the food removed from the restaurant without permission would be charged from the customer.

Beverage outlets

There are three bar outlets with an entire range of liquors to suit your every mood and fancy. Main bar opens at 07:30 hrs, and closes when the last customer leaves at night. During happy hour time (1830hrs-1930hrs) there will be 25% discount off from all cocktails with free snacks. Karaoke bar  opens at 2130hrs if there is no special event in the main bar. Beach bar - is located near by water sports centre in a beautiful spot so that you may enjoy the natural beauty of the island while you are enjoying your drinks. Otherwise you may enjoy a cocktail while the Sunsets! Beach bar is opened between 0930hrs to 1230hrs and 1400hrs to 1800hrs every day.

o Final amendments of arrival and departure flight number, time and transfer
mode should be notified to the resorts not less than 72 hours before
arrival of clients to Maldives.
o All transfers will be by air (normal wheeled aircraft) which will be operated
between Ibrahim Nasir International Airport and Villa International Airport
Maamigili, followed by 5 minutes boat transfer.
o If the price of aviation fuel changes by more than 2.50 US cents per litre
from base price, the carrier will impose surcharge of US$2/- per person
per return flight for every increase of 2.50 cents per litre from the base
rate. The base rate for the purpose of calculation is 80 cents. The fuel
price refers to the price published by the Maldivian Airports Company.
o Air transfer rate may change from time to time by the carrier and the hotel
will inform the agent about revision in the air transfer rates as soon as
possible.
o In the event of Force Majeure, the arrival and departure transfers may not
be arranged at scheduled times and the hotel is not liable for any
compensation claims due to such delays.
o Baggage allowance is 25 kg for checked baggage and 5kg hand luggage.
Excess baggage to be borne by clients and settled at the Flyme counter
directly at the rate of US$2 per KG plus taxes.

Special Market's Room Rate Supplement :
The following supplement per room per night in USD- will be added to the given room rates for all categories of rooms for bookings from the special market listed below. The special market supplement is charged in the below stated periods.

From 01st May 2014 to 11th May 2014 - USD-50.00
For the purpose here of the “Special Markets” include the following countries:

Cancellation of bookings, No-shows and Early departures will be charged as
follows. Charges will be based on the same meal plan of the booking.
Individual Bookings
26 days prior to arrival date: NIL
Less than 26 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the entire stay
No-shows and Early departure: 100% of the entire stay
Group Bookings
50 – 20 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the entire stay
Less than 20 days to arrival date: 100% of the entire stay
No-shows and Early departure: 100% of the entire stay
 No Cancellation is charged for bookings confirmed and cancelled within
the release period.
Cancellations made on the arrival date will be considered as no-show
Shifting of booking date and change of names after release period will
be considered as cancellation.
 It is an obligation for the agent/operator to obtain the cancellation
acknowledgement from the hotel.
