Maris Yachting Terms and Conditions

General Terms & Conditions

  • All the prices are in Euro bases
  • All the prices are the NET Agency prices. No any commission is included. .
  • Payment Schedule :
    • 50% on reservation confirmation,
    • 50% 2 weeks before on embarkation.
  • Delay in Payment
    • İn the case of non-payment of any part of the total amount due by the dates previously agreed MARIS is autoherised to cancel this agreement and consider any prepaid amounts as cancellation.
  • Cancellations :
    • 0 - 30 days " No Refund " ,
    • 31 - 60 days before embarkation 30%
    • 61 - 90 days before embarkation 50%
    • 91 - upper days before embarkation 75% will be pay back of the amount which collected till cancellation day.
    • Also if the Charterer wants to delay him/her charter date period to the future date (in that season or next season ), all the charterer rights will go on without charging any cancellation fee. But in that case , any second cancellation/delaying require will not be accepting for another future date.
  • Force Majeure
    • Should the Yacht not be available for delivery due to causes such as Government prohibitions,Goverment's withdrawal of lisenses earlier issued, fire, flood,drought,ice hurricane, earthquake, acts of god, insurrection, invation, rebellion, riot,acts of public enemy, strikes, lock-out,commotion of workmen, war declared or undeclared ,or any other beyond the control of MARIS or any conseguences resulting therefrom, hindring, preventing or delaying the performance of this contract, MARIS reserves the right the substitute an alternative yacht , if necessary a different type but of simmilar dimantions
  • Sailing Area
    • The CHARTER cannot use the Yacht outside Turkish and Greek Waters. On Greek Islands tours, Turkish Flaged yachts can not visit the Greek Islands upper than 12 pax regarding to the Turkish & Greek Goverments laws.
  • Accidents/ to be out service/ total loss
    • Should the yacht suffer any mecanical damage or fire ,etc. So that the CHARTERER cannot use it and if this exceeds period od 48 consecutive hours, the payment for this same period will be refuned to the CHARTERER. The charter period can be extended to cover the repair period in case it exceeds 48 hours, by mutual agreement. İn case of the total loss of the Yacht or damages needing more that 7 days repair, the total payment due will be refunded after the deduction of the prorate payment for the 48 hours. The CHARTERER has then the rıght to cancel this agreement.This clause is not applicable if such loss and damage accure through any acts, omissions , errors of fault of the CHARTERER.
  • Chartere's rights in connection with the crew
    • Maris Yachting will instract the Captain of the Yacht to take all orders from the CHARTERER unless the Captain decides that they are harmful for the Yacht,the guests and the crew will delay the return of the Yacht. The CHARTERER has to oblige to all measure taken by the Captain related to safety of the Yacht, its passenges and its crew.
  • Insurance
    • The Yacht, the equipment and the crew are insured aganist fire, collision and other marine risks so that the CHARTERER will not be responsible for any accident and losses arising therefrom.İn the case of any accident or catastrophe,the CHARTERER will give immediate notice to MARIS or their representatives. MARIS does not have any responsibilities for any accident or losses and damages sustained by the CHARTERER or his guests or loss or damage of their own properties. The responsibility of all sea sports by the CHARTERER and his guests is under the cover of theeeeir own insurance.

Private Yacht Charter Terms & Conditions

  • Embarkation time is 5:00pm , Disembarkation time is 10:00am
  • Rates mentioned above for max. 4 hours motorsailing fuel expense
  • Transfers are include the prices for the nearst airport to the harbour . (airport - yacht - airport)
  • What is Including ;
    • Crew,harbour taxes, fuel expense
    • Transfers (Airport - yacht - Airport)(from the nearst airport to the harbour only)
  • What is Excluding;
    • Drinks (Will be provide from the yacht bar)
    • Transfers (airport yacht - airport)
    • Excursions (Dalyan Excursion price is 30.- Euro per person)
    • Personel expenses (water sports, extra meals etc...)
    • Food (if the clients decide to pay the price of the meal supplement for per person per day this will include the price)

 

Cabin Charters Terms & Conditions
  • Embarkation days are Saturday and Monday , please ask for the avaibility for the other days .
  • BREAKFAST
    • A selection of cheese, butter, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, jams and honey. eggs, sausages or salami are also served on alternate days. Tea and Coffee, fruit juice is extra.
  • LUNCH
    • Traditional seasonal vegetable dishes such as Imam Bayildi (The Priest Fainted from surprise - a stuffed aubergine dish) or Bamya (okra), served with mixed salads, pasta or rice.
  • 5 O'CLOCK TEA
    • Biscuits or Borek (a special home-made savory cake). Tea and Coffee.
  • DINNER
    • Soup, mezes (a selection of starters and salads). A meat dish like Kadinbudu Kofte (Ladies Thight Meat Balls), chicken or fish main course. Fruit or desert
  • The route can be change regaring to the weather & sea conditions.
  • What is Including ;
    • Tea and Coffee on breakfast. Water on every meal.
    • Full Board Meals (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner)
    • Crew,harbour taxes, fuel expense
    • 7 days accomodation on yacht
  • What is Excluding;
    • Drinks (Will be provide from the yacht bar)
    • Transfers (airport yacht - airport)
    • Excursions (Dalyan Excursion price is 30.- Euro per person)
    • Personel expenses (water sports, extra meals etc...)
