Food and Beverage

Private silver service, local premium produce utilized. Meals served individually to suite at preferred times from a seasonal multiple choice menu selection which changes frequently. Special children's menu. Vegetarian Menu selections on Request. Butler Service is available. Supper available from 18:00 until 21:30. Dinner must be ordered before 20:30.

Room service dinner is served course by course, multi choice menu and supper menus are available. Dinner can be served to your suite at no additional service charge or in the circular candlelit dining room if available.

Tower Room (JNR) - Second floor Exotic carved Queen bed creates a stunning centrepiece. Access by spiral stairs En-suite including spa bath/ hand shower. Stunning hill/ horizon view. Superior antique furnishings include a life size bronze statue. Sitting area with formal dinning setting within room. Flamboyant, sophisticated and creative decoration. Castle Chambers (2 rooms) (DS1) - Two level romantic suite. Bed 5'8 x 6'8, or twin single available on request. Two person spa bath. Stone spiral staircase linking two levels French tapestry, antiques and vaulted handpainted decorative ceilings. Grand stone carved fireplace (working log fire). Separate lounge/ dining room, kitchenette and bathroom on ground/ floor. Bedroom upstairs  Not suited mobility impaired. Total area 53.40 sq. metres.

Castle Chambers - (2 rooms) (By Request) ground floor suite with KS 6'x6'8" grand carved four poster bed with acorns, leaves atop with squirrels. Separate lounge/dining room. Exposed rock marble stone walls hung with silken tassels and French tapestries. Shutters embellished with golden stencilled. Medieval castle-like ambiance.

Castle Chambers - (3 rooms) (By Request)  may be booked with 2 interconnecting bedrooms, ground floor and first floor with share bathroom and lounge/kitchenette. 

Queens Chambers - (CS1) One bedroom, with adjoining lounge/dining room. Refined decorative plaster ceilings/details. Artistic fantasy suite with majestic Four-poster bed queen size 5'2 x 7'2 with crowned heraldic lions. En-suite bathroom. Stained glass windows and outside terrace sun deck. Total area 64 sq. metres.

Kings Chambers - (BS1) Spacious bedroom suite, private entry and hall. Separate living/ dining room. Antique 1/2 canopy Continental King bed.5'8x6'8 Spectacular and ornamental grand fire place, restored antique German piano, rare floor to ceiling antique stained-glass windows, ornate decor overlooks English style picturesque gardens, impressive high timber beamed ceilings with golden stencil artist created handpainted designs. Post colonial artworks. Rich colour decoration. Total area 74.52 sq. metres.

The Observatory Suite - (JNS) One bedroom suite with separate lounge/dining room, two bathrooms ensure privacy is never compromised, two spa baths, one corner one circular. Stars shine like jewels above the sunken circular spa. Dramatic architectural features embellished with gold stencilled and hand painted friezes. Wooden shutters filter light in the lounge/dining room with concealed kitchenette. The bedroom on the third floor has a light delicate air with with panoramic windows.
