Lapa Palace has 109 guest Rooms: including 13 Garden view Rooms, 28 Pool & Garden view Rooms, 32 City/River/Garden view and Villa Rooms, 10 Palace Rooms, 8 Deluxe Rooms, 8 Junior Suites, 5 Suites, 3 Deluxe Suites, 1 Royal Suite and 1 Tower Room.

All Rooms are fully equipped, many of them with magnificent views over the River Tagus and Lisbon. Each guest Room in the Palace Wing is unique, with its own individual Portuguese style, from 18th-century classical to art deco.

ROOM TYPES:

The Superior Rooms are 25 m2, with Queen-size Bed or two Twin Beds - separated or bridged. All these Rooms have a Balcony and garden view. Upper floors with river and city views are available. The Rooms have large marble Bathrooms, with or without separate Shower and In-house Video. Connecting, Adjoining and Handicapped Rooms are available.

The Premier Rooms have a total area of 25 m2, with Queen or Twin Beds. They all located on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the new Wing, with Balcony and magnificent river, city and garden views, large marble Bathrooms. Connecting and Disabled Rooms are available. The Deluxe Rooms - Singles & Doubles, are up to 38 m2. Each Room is individually decorated in traditional Portuguese style, from 18th-century classical to Art Deco and have either Queen-size Bed or two Twin Beds - separated or bridged. All ten Deluxe Rooms are located in the Palace Wing on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors. Some have huge Terraces with magnificent views of the garden or the Tagus River. All of them have marble Bathrooms with separate Shower and most have a Jacuzzi. A special VIP welcome and In-house Video awaits the Deluxe Room guest.

The Junior Suites - are 35 m2. They have a Bedroom with two Twin Beds bridged together and a small Living Room. These Suites are situated on the upper floors of the New Wing and have a Balcony with splendid views of the garden and the Tagus River. A Connecting Room is available, if required. A special VIP welcome and In-house Video awaits the Junior Suite guest.

The Suites - are up to 95 m2. They have one Bedroom with two Twin Beds bridged together and a separate Living Room. There are two Suites available with a Murphy Bed in the Living Room. They are located in the New Wing, with Balcony and have large marble Bathrooms with separate Shower and Jacuzzi. Two of the Suites have two Bathrooms and a separate WC. A Connecting Room is available, if required. A special VIP welcome and In-house Video await the Suite guest.

The Presidential Suite - has a total area of 120 m2. It is located on the 5th Floor of the Palace Wing and is composed of one Bedroom with Queen-size Bed and a large, separate Living Room. The elegant décor is in the style of Luis XIV. There is a marble Bathroom with separate Shower and Jacuzzi, separate closet space and a large Terrace with a splendid View of the Tagus River and the Harbour. A Deluxe Twin Connecting Room is available, if required. A special VIP welcome and In-house Video awaits the Presidential Suite guest.

The Tower Room, Room 701, has a total area of 40 m2 and is located on the top floor of the Palace Wing - 7th Floor. There is one Bedroom with King-size Bed and a Sitting area. Portuguese-style décor predominates, with wooden floors, carpet, large marble Portuguese-tiled Bathroom with separate Shower and Jacuzzi. There is a Balcony and private Tower, both with magnificent views over the garden, the Tagus River, Harbour and the Castle of São Jorge, considered to be the best view in the City of Lisbon. A special VIP welcome and In-house Video awaits the Tower Room guest.
