Location

The Hotel Hermitage is a Relais & Chateaux located in Breuil Cervinia at 2000 meters. The Neyroz family and its team will be happy to welcome you on the sunny side of the Matterhorn-Cervino, in the Italian Alps just across the Swiss border.

The flavour is that of old-time Valle d’Aosta dishes prepared with loving care: perfect blends of food to be savoured even with your eyes, yet your glance strays to the large windows over the larch forests where the peaceful chalet nestles. The "La Chandelle" restaurant offers a very high level of cookery, coming from the tastes of past times and based on the regional tradition; foods are made by selecting the land products. The menu consists of plain dishes made with fresh and quality ingredients. The wine list offers some vintage Regional and Italian wines. Remarkable and genuine furniture gives a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
