Location

Situated in the “green lung” of Rome – the Villa Borghese Gardens – the Aldrovandi Palace is perfectly located minutes from historic landmarks such as the Via Veneto and Spanish Steps. Food and Beverage

Baby is the prestigious contemporary restaurant which features the Michelin-starred cuisine of Alfonso Iaccarino, directly from “Don Alfonso 1890”, a reference haute-cuisine restaurant in the Sorrento peninsula. Iaccarino is one of the major names on the Italian culinary scene and the world-over undisputed genius of Mediterranean tastes.

An enchanting harmony is created by the restaurant’s modern and contemporary style and the elegant 19th century atmosphere of the hotel, which is situated in the heart of Rome’s exclusive Parioli neighbourhood, in front of the Villa Borghese Gardens. Architecturally designed to complement the surroundings of exotic garden and aquatic serenity, this new restaurant features windows overlooking the park, resulting in a luminous dining space. In the evenings, guests enjoy the glowing view of the flickering lights encircling the garden and pool. The result is leisurely glamour – an open, light and airy dining room with a soothing atmosphere. Separate Smoking Area Available Open-air Garden Valet Service and Private Parking Lot Open for Lunch, 12:30-15.00 and Dinner, 19:30-23.00. Closed on Mondays.

Light meals can also be served in the Bar in the private garden, which is open from May to October, weather conditions permitting, from 11.00 to 13:00.

Deluxe Rooms 30 m² - Deluxe Rooms have the option of a king or two twin side beds and are located on the higher floors of the hotel. They may over look the Villa Borghese gardens, the private park and outdoor pool, or the prestigious 19th century villas of the surrounding area.

Superior Rooms 25 m²- Superior Rooms have the option of a king or two twin side beds and are located on the lower floors of the hotel. They may over look the Villa Borghese gardens,  private park and outdoor pool, or the prestigious 19th century villas of the surrounding area.

Royal Suite 130 m² - The Royal Suite is located on the Penthouse floor. Comprised of a bedroom with a king bed, a living room, 2 bathrooms – one of which is adorned with a circular bathtub with hydro massage – and, a wonderful large dressing room with wardrobe and vanity. There is also an office area with a Presidential desk.

Deluxe Suite 55 m² - The Deluxe Suites, all located on high floors, are composed of a large bedroom, separate living room, and one bath. They all have a king bed, and offer one of three special views: The Villa Borghese gardens,  private park and outdoor pool, or the prestigious 19th century villas of the surrounding area.

Junior Suite 45 m² - The Junior Suite offers the same features and amenities as the Deluxe Suites; save they are smaller and located on lower floors. With a large bedroom, separate living room, and one bath, the Junior Suite have a king bed, and can look out on The Villa Borghese gardens, private park and outdoor pool, or the prestigious 19th century villas of the surrounding area.
