Cancellation policy: 48 hours prior to arrival at 10.00 hours without cancellation penalty, otherwise one night charge applies. In case of Non-Show or departure prior to the scheduled one, the hotel charges cancellation fees of 1 overnight and release remaining overnights (if any) unless stated otherwise.
 National Holidays & specific periods Cancellation policy: 15 days prior arrival 22/12-26/12/2018, 29/12-02/01/2019, 08/03-11/03/2019. For all bookings processed within above mentioned dates & periods please change cancellation policy as follows: Free cancellation is permitted 15 days prior to arrival (instead of 48 hours) . For cancellations after that date, the hotel will charge one night cancellation fee.
In case of no-show, change or departure prior to the scheduled date , the hotel will charge one night cancellation fee
 Payment policy: Vouchers are accepted on prepayment basis and sample voucher is required. Direct payment from clients is not accepted.
