• Cancellations received in the period of 58 days prior to arrival are not subject to a cancellation fee
• Cancellations received in the period of 56 to 31 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% on the total agreed price of the reservation
• Cancellations received in the period of 30 to 22 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 35% on the total agreed price of the reservation
• Cancellations received in the period of 21 to 08 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% on the total agreed price of the reservation
• Cancellations received in the period of 07 to 0 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 80% on the total agreed price of the reservation

• Early departure or non-show is subject to a fee of 90% on the price of the non-used or remaining overnights of the reservation
