Ikies Traditional Houses is a complex of ten self-catering houses and studios, including a private pool, situated in the northern part of Santorini, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Oia.

Each apartment has its own private balcony, affording spectacular views over the “caldera”, and towards Oia and the sunset. The houses offer romantic privacy and are the ideal place to unwind. Each house is furnished in the simple Cycladic style and the décor respects local aesthetics, tradition and colour. The property was last renovated during the winter of 2004.

There are five types of Houses:

Honeymoon Suite: The “Winemaker’s House” has the most secluded terrace of all the houses with stunning views of the caldera and the sunset from the private outdoor Jacuzzi and the exterior use futon. The large living room leads into the cave bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite dressing area.

Superior Suites: Each of the three superior suites is comprised of two separate rooms, the bedroom with its king-size or queen-size bed and the living room in which the traditional sofas can comfortably be used as single-beds. The Suites can accommodate up to four guests and one of them up to six guests as it has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. These houses have a private outdoor jacuzzi with a wooden deck area nestled in the corner of their private terrace and an exterior use futon..  

Maisonettes:   Each of our three  maisonettes is developed on two-levels. The queen-size bed on the loft offers a spectacular view onto the caldera through the loft window while the traditional sofas in the ground floor living room can be used as single beds. The Maisonettes can accommodate up to three or four persons. 

Superior Studios: These two  houses have a queen-size bed, a cozy living or dinning area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The traditional bathrooms offer all modern conveniences. One of the studios has two sofas in the living area, thus accommodation up to four persons for the night. A private outdoor Jacuzzi is nestled in the corner of the private terraces with views to the village of Oia and the caldera.

Studio: Our cozy studio has one main bedroom with a queen-size bed and a kitchenette and can accommodate 2 persons. The balcony is perched on the edge of the cliff a few meters away from the room’s entrance.

The above Exclusively Special Rates include all local taxes, services and Continental Breakfast and are valid for a minimum of 3 nights stay

Important Note:
We kindly inform you that we only accept children over the age of 13.

• Enriched Continental Breakfast served to each house's private balcony or terrace between 8:30 and 11:00 and light fare menu between 13:00 and 21:00
• In case of stays shorter than 3 nights stay, daily rates are increased by 10%
• Daily Room cleaning service, afternoon turn down, laundry service available.
• Reception hours from 08:00 to 22:00.
