Location

Cabo Verde Hotel is situated by the beautiful Mati yacht marina on a sandy beach overlooking the island of Evia.

Mati is a small holiday resort just 28km from the centre of Athens and 18km from the airport. Commuting to Athens is conducted through the 2004 Olympic Games axes.

Food and Beverage

Bar / Cafe:Internal Bar area next to the reception with marble / teak floor, old clay pot covered columns, combined with a large external terrace, nicely furnished with rattan bamboo sofas and chairs. Whilst open for most of the day, you may enjoy nicely made snacks, drinks or ice creams.

Roof Garden: Top floor panoramic area of 200m², overlooking the sea, the marina and Dionysus and Penteli Mountain.

Reastaurant 'Mare Mare": Famous for its Italian cuisine and its elegance. Panoramic, sea front restaurant, overlooking the yacht marina and the hotel pool area. During the summer all glass doors open widely unifying the internal area with the pool wooden deck, offering a sensational space where you may enjoy our Italian specialties, together with good wine, feel the pool water tranquility whilst listening to smooth chill out music.

The restaurant / pool area is often used as reception / banquet area, as it combines the nice view, with the romantic ambiance of the illuminated pool. Capacity: Indoor area caters for up to 120 covers in round tables. Pool area caters for up to 150 covers in round tables Combined area caters for up to 270 covers in round tables.

Room Info

Cabo Verde consists of 38 rooms – including 2 Marina Suites and 1 Junior Suite (54 m2). Each of the 35 Rooms and Suites, offer a private balcony just steps away from the beach. The design of the building ensures that all rooms offer view to the sea.

Standard Room detailing features marble vanity unit tops, ceramic tile flooring, nicely matched curtains and bed covers, dimmable lights, central power cut off switch / key holder and sound insulating door mechanism, available in most rooms.

Marina Suites are sea-front, have larger panoramic rooms, with three windows and a large balcony, on the 2nd floor of the hotel.

Junior Suite: a 54m², sea-front panoramic studio room, incorporating a living room space, furnished with rattan bamboo sofas, overlooking the marina. It is built on the 1st floor, with a large balcony. Its spacious bathroom offers both bathtub and shower.
