Restaurant Le Stradivarius: Located in the original Fumoir of the Castle, the Stradivarius offers a refined and innovative menu in an elegant, but cosy atmosphere with a fireplace. The menu changes every 2 months based on market offerings and serves traditional French cuisine. Open daily from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 19:00 to 22:00.

The Opera Room: It is a replica of the Opera Comique of Paris. A sumptuous Ballroom where the buffet breakfast is served every morning Open every day from 07:00 to 10:00.

Sunday Brunch: Sunday Brunch is served all year round from 12:00 to 15:00.

Bar Intermezzo: The Intermezzo Bar overlooks the luxuriant forest and offers a very large choice of whiskies in a cosy atmosphere. The terrace is open from spring to fall. It is the ideal place to enjoy a light lunch or tea time. The barmen proposes a variety of cocktails and organises happy hours. Open from 10:00 to 01:00.

Bar Le Boléro: The Boléro is dedicated to welcome cocktails and private events.

The sumptuous 100 Rooms & Suites have been fully renovated offering Air-conditioning and decorated in classical French traditional style. They are all equipped with Direct Dial Telephone, Mini Bar, Satellite TV channels (CNN,...), Pay TV with Internet access, Safe, PC plugs, king size or twin beds. Non-smoking Rooms are available on request. Rooms available for disabled guests. Room service is available 24hrs a day, dry cleaning, same day laundry.

Classical Room: All Rooms have been recently renovated and offer expansive views of the forest. and have direct access to the Fitness Centre. Connecting rooms are available. The Deluxe Room: Recently renovated, they are all personalized and decorated in Directoire style with high ceilings and have a very nice view surrounded by the forest and are equipped with Terrace or Balcony. The Senior Suite: The Senior Comfort Suites are decorated in Directoire style, a separate Lounge and a wonderful view of the Chantilly Forest, with either a Terrace or Balcony.
