The Kobenzl Hotel is located in Salzburg itself, yet surrounded by green, way above the roof-tops of the City. A welcoming Garden, flower-filled meadows, farmland and the bracing, resinous fragrance of coniferous Forests all contribute to the scene. Here, the very silence is musical but the heart of the City, its Baroque " joie de vivre ", brilliant, glamorous and eloquently orchestrated, is close at hand. On returning to your elegant Residence, you will be able to contemplate calmly everything you have experienced, enjoying a View of the City which could not be more exclusive - perhaps you will even entertain the quiet suspicion that the nightingale outside your window is singing a little more musically than anywhere in the world. This Country House with 6-hectare Garden, has convenient road access on the outskirts of the City. It was build in 1864, renovated on 1994 and extended 1995/1996.

Food and Beverage

The sun illuminates Salzburg´s " Altstadt " in delicate pastel colors. An early swim perhaps, before taking your choice of sumptuous and energy-giving Breakfast delicacies. Outside, there is still dew on the grass. A stroll becomes an unplanned but delightful walk, the ideal overture, in fact, to a superb, light luncheon of unsurpassed distinction. But what of the afternoon? Take in a gallery or a stroll around the Town, Massage or Make-up, Sauna or Swimming - whatever happens to appeal to you. How beautiful! The evening. The exquisite, capriciously composed menu. The sparkling lights of the City below. A boundless evening of stimulating conversation in the Bar glides smoothly into a night of dream-reality and of really sweet dreams.

The Hotel offers a Restaurant with seating for 120 persons, a Bar with seating for 30 persons, a Cafe-Patisserie with seating for 120 persons and a Terrace with seating for 120 persons. The Meals served from 12:00 am to 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm to 21:30 pm, the Drinks served from 0:00 am to 12:00 pm.

The Hotel consists of 20 Rooms and 15 Apartments ( 5 Single Rooms, 10 Double Rooms, 11 Junior Suites and 14 Suites ). The Double Rooms are also available as Singles. There are Single Rooms ( Mountain View & City View ), small Doubles ( Mountain View & City View ), Big Doubles ( Mountain View ), Junior Suites ( with Balcony, City View and cozy Sitting-corner ), Suites ( with Balcony, Bed and Living Room ), Royal Suite ( with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Living Rooms ).

All the Rooms & Suites are equipped with Shower / Bath, WC, Radio, Satellite TV, Telephone and Mini Bar.
