Location

Nha Trang is the coastal capital of Khanh Hoa province Vietnam. Its legendary pristine beauty is known throughout southeast Asia. A land of soft white sand, surrounded by warm, turquoise waters filled with an abundance of sea life and dotted with scattered islands. The 7km long, palm-lined sandy beach makes Nha Trang one of Vietnam's most popular destinations for Vietnamese and foreigners alike. A backdrop of mountains to the west and north, not only provide picturesque scenery, but serve to isolate Nha Trang from the rest of the country's weather patterns. Nha Trang enjoys the well deserved reputation of having the best climate in Vietnam, with an estimated 250 days of sunshine a year and temperatures between 26 - 38C. The rainy season starts at the end of October and lasts until early January. As for the rest of the year clear blue skies and a mirror-like sea are almost guaranteed.

Dining options at Ana Mandara Resort are designed to make our guests stay in Nha Trang diverse, exciting and slightly adventurous. The Hotel's Chef and his brigade work as a team to produce a combination of dishes that allows the east to meet the west in culinary terms. To compliment the dining options a wine list with an international content is offered that covers many recognised and some unrecognised, wine producing countries in both hemispheres. This mixture of new world wines and French classics offers the opportunity to fulfill the dining experience despite both cultural and climatic challenges.

• Ana Pavilion Restaurant: Open-air and traditional decor restaurant with seating capacity for 125 guests and offers a spectacular panoramic view of Nha Trang Bay. Offering a wide selection of Vietnamese and international cuisine. Open 24 hours, with additional daily Lunch and Dinner specials on top of an extensive a la Carte menu
• Lobby Bar: The resort features an open-air Cocktail Lounge, set within a bamboo garden Terrace, the perfect setting for a relaxing drink or old-fashioned cocktail. The Lobby Bar is open until the last guest leaves.
• Pool Bar: The resort also boasts a Pool Bar with seating for 20 overlooking Nha Trang Bay. Whether catching some sun at the beach or lounging around at the poolside, the Pool Bar offers a wide variety of exotic drinks to quench your thirst, complimented by delicious finger foods and lighter items.
• Villa Dining: As part of the various dining locations available the resort offers all of the guests the chance to sample our truly unforgettable Villa Dining experience.
