New Year 's eve policy:
Complimentary  New Year's Eve Gala Dinner 2011 on 31st December 2011 at Palm Garden Restaurant included in the provided price list. 
Minimum length of 5 nights stay for all arrivals between 27th December 2011 to 02nd January 2012 is required (both dates inclusive).
Please note as per UAE law, person under 21 years old are not allowed in an environment where alcohol is served and consumed and entertainement is provided.

Third Aduld Occupancy is allowed in a room with King Size Bed-either Tower or Standard rooms

Meal Plan: Buffet Breakfast applicable only at the Palm Garden Restaurant.
Half Board (Lunch or Dinner) Open Buffet at Palm Garden Restaurant or Dine Around Option.
Dine Around Option In case guest would like to experience one of our specialty restaurants other than Palm Garden, guests will receive a credit amount of $28 per person Exceeding this amount the guests will be taken charged accordingly.
Half or Full Board meals cannot be taken in the Beach Bar, Beach Lawns or at special events. Should the guest consume from the above outlets or events, the hotel will charge the published selling price. The guest will not be reimbursed for the un-consumed meal plan nor the hotel will reimburse the difference.
