The Emirates Towers offers an exciting selection of dining options available throughout the hotel and in the adjoining Emirates Towers Boulevard. All the eleven exclusive restaurants, bars and lounges in the Emirates Towers Hotel are characterized by the unique decor, cuisine and entertainment.

The Lobby Lounge: Located on the ground floor of The Emirates Towers Hotel, The Lobby Lounge serves light snakes and refreshments throughout the day. Granite and marble flooring, black leather sofas, black Suede chairs, rich golden carpets and piano music, create the ideal backdrop for an informal meeting place.

Mosaico: A bright and airy Mediterranean - style restaurant overlooking the pool area, Mosaico serves an extensive breakfast and lunch buffet. In the evening, the restaurant takes on a trendy Italian theme featuring an a la carte menu prepared by the restaurant’s two Italian chefs. Mosaico features the largest mosaic tiled floor in the Middle East - comprising 2.5 million tiles imported from Chengdu in China.

Oh! Cajun: To the left of the hotel lobby on the ground floor is the vibrant and contemporary Oh! Cajun, specializing in Cajun cuisine served in a deeply stylish setting. Guests can enjoy drinks in the adjoining bar which features a large dramatic artwork, inspired by the Mardi Gras, which is produced by Polish artist, Dank Jaworska. From the bar, guests enter through an oversized pivot door that leads to the main restaurant. Dark wood flooring, blue and white mosaic tiled pillars, a black and white decorative theme and two, equally dramatic Jaworska artworks, set the scene for Cajun and Creole specialties.

Oyster Lounge: For hotel residents and their guests only, The Oyster Lounge on the 10th floor of The Emirates Towers Hotel provides an elegant setting with dramatic views of the upper atrium. From this point, guests can sit back and enjoy the mellow sounds of piano music while watching the four panoramic lifts that soar skywards though the upper and lower atrium. A gourmet selection of caviar, home smoked salmon and oysters is offered.

Vu's - Views From The Fiftieth: Making the most of its elevated position, Vu’s - Views From The Fiftieth, is a stylish and intimate restaurant located on the fiftieth floor of The Emirates Towers Hotel. Spectacular views over the city, combined with superb French and Italian Riviera style cuisine, a re sure to make this one of the most popular restaurants in Dubai. A spiral staircase links Vu’s with a uniquely stylish bar situated some 218 metres above ground level.

Scarlett's: Located within The Emirates Towers Boulevard, Scarlett’s is a large and lively American theme restaurant that derives its name from the American Deep South. Covering an area of 1,200 square metres and located over two floors, Scarlett’s specialises in wholesome home cooking from the American South. The Southern theme continues in the interior design with a replication of a Cotton farmer’s house, a grand living and dining room - complete with fireplaces, Southern memorabilia and artworks depicting the American Civil War. An ideal family theme daytime restaurant, Scarlett’s takes on a lively and contemporary night time theme. A team of Flair Bartenders, and a late-night DJ will ensure a lively and fun evening until 3:00am.

The Agency: The Emirates Towers Boulevard is the setting for The A gency, a stylish and trendy meeting place located on the ground floor. Serving a selection of tapas prepared by the Spanish chef and offering a choice of 50 different drinks sold by the glass, The Agency is the ideal venue for casual gatherings.

ET Sushi: A unique self service concept is in plates at ET Sushi. Simply remove the plates that take your fancy the conveyor belt and as they are priced according to their colour code, adding up ypur final bill couldn't be easier.

Tokyo@thetowers: Inside Tokyo@thetowers you can enjoy the finest cuisine Japan has to offer. Guests pass though a beautiful landscaped garden th the restaurant itself where diners are seated at any of the intimate private dining areas set amongst a pillar-lined gallery. Clad in black granite mosaic tiling, with distinctive Japanese script, the restaurant includes three teppanyaki tables and two tatami rooms.

Harry Ghattos: Located in the Boulevard and open until the early hours of the morning, the hotel's lively karaoke bar - Harrys Ghatto's - is the perfect venue for late night get togethers with fun loving friends. A choice of International music dating from the nineteen fifties to the present day is available, and singing hostesses are on hand to provide the evening volunteers with encouragement and support.

Juice Bar: Adjacent to the outdoor swimming pool and attached to The health Club, the Juice Bar offers a wide range of juices and light refreshments coupled with a selection of healthy dining options.

The Noodle House: To be opened by the end of February 2002, this new restaurant conveys the hustle and bustle of South East Asia. Colourful dishes from Singapore to Hong Kong are prepared by our skilful Chef's in an open, traditional Asian kitchen. Be it just a bowl of noodle house has something for all in store.

Al Nafoorah: Authentic Lebanese cuisine in beautiful surroundings and alfresco terrace.

Bytes: Offering a sensational variety of coffee's, sandwiches and snacks.

The Grill Room: An intimate, cosy steakhouse, a restaurant that makes you heave a sigh of contentment even  before the meal.
