*Due to act of God if there is a situation where the clients cannot be transferred to or from the Resort, the Resort, or the Air Taxi will not be liable, hence, the guests will have to be accommodated in Male’ or the resort. There will be no cost involved in the re location of the guests on arrival in Male’. However if similar situation arise on departure, the Tour operator should bear the cost of the extension of stay of the basis booked.
