All prices are subject to value-added tax (VAT) at the current rate of 17.5%
Airport, seaport and station collections allow the first 45 minutes waiting time complimentary.
Thereafter, we charge 40.00 GBP per hour, or part thereof. All charges are calculated to and from Central London, Car parking charges are applicable where appropriate, such as airport collections. Car Cellular telephone charged at 1 GBP per minute for UK calls. Surcharges may apply to Bank holidays / Christmas and New Year bookings. Larger vans and coaches available – prices on application, additional luggage cars are available at Medium sedan rates.
We meet your clients with a name board sign displaying their name(s) after they have come through customs, or if meeting at a hotel, by the main reception desk. We check all flights and ships in advance from our fully computerised modern control centre with direct real-time links to every airport and seaport. Therefore, charges are made from the actual time of arrival. |
Payment of Services
We accept payment by the following credit cards only:
Visa, Master Card, American Express
We require credit card details in advance to guarantee a booking:
Credit card number and expiry date
The exact name of the card holder
The card's billing address for security
On receipt of this information, we will issue a confirmation voucher detailing the client's schedule, our confirmation job number(s) and the meeting/greeting procedures.
Unless otherwise advised, we apply for payment on completion of our services. A deposit may be required for bookings with a value over 500 GBP. |
Gratuity payments
Unlike many chauffeur companies, we do not automatically charge gratuities, preferring to allow the customer to reward their chauffeur if they so choose. This is at the customer's sole discretion and any gratuity given goes straight to the chauffeur and not the company. |
Cancellation policy
Unless otherwise advised, we require 12 hours notice to cancel a booking. The Company reserves the right to invoice the customer with a charge (no less than the minimum charge applicable to the vehicle booked) unless a cancellation has been received no less than 12 hours before the vehicle is due to be despatched. |
Tours with overnight stops
When one of our vehicles leaves London on a tour of the UK (i.e. – more than 1 day), we make the necessary accommodation arrangements for our driver. We charge 80.00 GBP + VAT per night. Whilst away from London and to ensure the earnings capability of the driver and the Company, we charge a minimum of 8 hours a day. |
Last minute bookings and amendments
We are able to accommodate last minute schedules from as little as 1 hours notice.
Due to the time differences between the UK and USA, please telephone the chauffeur desk with your order or amendment, as we cannot guarantee an email will be read in time. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and there is always a ‘real' person to speak to at our offices. |
